Why does everything associated with the government spell your name in all capital letters? Is that proper English? Proper nouns such as your name should only be spelled with the first letter capitalized only. Do you ever spell your name with all capitals? No I did not think so. Do you know why?
Corporations are spelled with capital letters. That is right your name in all capital letters is a corporation set up for you by the UNITED STATES Corporation. Another truth is that your Federal Government is a Corporation.
Do you know why the government needed to set up a corporation spelled the same as your name but in Capitals? It is because no free born American would ever trade their time labor and energy for a currency with no value in and of itself. Corporations will accept a fraudulent currency printed by the Federal reserve which is also a corporation in the line of Milton Bradley which makes the monopoly game. Both corporations print money of equal value except the Federal Reserve Notes are backed by the US people.
If you notice on any of your Federal Reserve Notes (known as dollars to the uninformed) the paper is an instrument of debt only. No where on a Federal Reserve Note does it state that it could be used to accumulate wealth.
When you are born your parents register you with the government by receiving a birth certificate. In a few years your Corporation will receive a taxpayer ID# called a social security number. This is so you can be used as collateral for the government to acquire debt. That is right you and your labor time and energy is what backs up the National debt.
Do you have a choice? Of course you do, no one can hold you responsible for your government created strawman without your consent.
If you are in a Court of Law they will ask if you will stand under the said charges (understand same thing) . You do not have to consent to this. Simply tell the judge that the person on the paper in all caps is not you but you would like to meet the person.
If you are brought into court with a paper such as this:
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
. VS
YOUR NAME
Neither one of these entities actually exist. Since you have a right to face your accuser ask the judge when the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA will be available to testify. The judge will point to the prosecutor and say that he represents the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. At this point ask the prosecutor if he has a claim against you and if he does he should enter his name under the plaintiff bar.
Eventually you will be asked to make a plea to allow the case to move to trial. Do not allow the judge to enter a not guilty plea for you. Just state that you do not consent to having the judge make a plea for you. Stand firm and state that you will not stand under the charges. If the judge would like to make a determination that you are not guilty then at that point ask that the case be dismissed.
If there is an injured party outside of the government that is charging you with a crime then you will have to move through the justice system.
The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA or YOUR STATE has no right to make claims against you since both are non entities and do not exist.

my friends dad is in prison right now because he figured out how to beat this. he signed money orders from his trust (with his name in all caps) and they have him on Bank fraud...crazy.
very interesting, i was curious after reading a few different articles, looked at my original birth certificate-John Doe,ok- recently had a new birth certificate issued- John Doe, ok there the same- but when i looked at my new passport, JOHN DOE.hmmmm. thumbing thru the passport i can't help but notice they spell Abraham Lincoln ok, The Secretary Of State of the United States of America ok, and other official titles are spelled properly on the parchment except the personal data.... minus the months in dob, issue and expiration and the United States Department of State under Authority heading everything about me is in caps???????????
@marcus in order to engage in commercial transactions tou will need to use your Corporate identity. YOUR NAME in capital letters, it is not you the human being. It is more similar to a "doing business as". It is your corporation created by the government at your birth. as long as you are aware of the difference, your life will be easier to understand. It is extremely difficult to live this way. In court you will go back and forth for hours on end because the Hudge wont understand you. When you get pulled over by a police officer, you end up going to jail because you dont acknowledge your name. It is a very difficult lifestyle in my opinion.
I personally do not have a name, I hold a title which I will divulge to any Officer that requests it. As far as the Judge goes, make sure he/she acknowledges that you are a human being and will only fall under Common Law jurisdiction. Any Judge will understand you quite well. They will even respect you for having knowledge of the Law. Ignorance of the Law is no excuse and they will run rampant over you if you do not refuse consent to waive your Rights!

Ron, You have the right to challenge your accuser. To tell prosecution that they must bring forth your accuser will disrupt the court. Usually resulting in a dismissal without prejudice.
theoretically speaking, wouldn't the prosecution just be representing said business, whether it be the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA or say, WAL-MART STORES, INC.? also I'm almost 100% certain in business law a corporation is considered an entity. I know the latter would be considered an entity.
entity, whoever is representing the opposing entity should be prepared and available to take the stand for questioning.
I use the term entity to cover anything that may bring a case against a human being. I do not acknowledge the existence of a fictional entity that only exists in the imagination. I instead rely on living breathing human beings to make up my reality. I acknowledge the existence of fiction, I just do not accept the fact that they would derive the same equality under law. This is a perverse acknowledgement of reality. Not a reality in a court of law, a reality as a fact of life!

Hunh? I don't get why you are asking that in response to my question. If we're examining the significance of our names in capitals and implying it means we are corporations than it makes sense to examine the source of the meaning of all-caps names in terms of corporations. Otherwise the implication falls apart. Is there some rule that corporation names must be in all-caps?

Ron, if you could find me legal definitions of capitalization, you will be my hero. I never see a corporate entity that is not spelled in capitals though, have you? A human being does not have their name in all caps, it is not correct English. it is a difference between a fictitious entity and one that is based in reality.
